# Whitby Hood Cleaning: pricing

Commercial kitchen exhaust cleaning in Whitby, Brooklin, Port Perry and Uxbridge.
Prices are per visit in Canadian dollars and are quoted in writing before any work
is booked. The invoice matches the quote.

## Single-hood kitchen
**From $385 per visit.**
One canopy up to ten feet. Includes the hood, baffle filters, plenum cavity, and
exterior, cleaned in one overnight visit. Includes the NFPA 96 referenced
certificate and the before-and-after photo report.

## Multi-hood kitchen
**From $725 per visit.**
Two to four canopies cleaned in sequence in the same visit. Each canopy is
photographed and itemised separately on the certificate.

## Campus, institutional and multi-tenant kitchens
**Site quote after a free walk-through.**
School and college cafeterias, hospital and retirement-residence kitchens, hotel
and banquet kitchens, arena, church and Legion kitchens, plaza units sharing a
riser, and buildings with long or shared duct runs. The walk-through costs nothing
and the written quote covers the full scope.

## Exhaust fan repair and installation
**Quoted per job after inspection.**
Hinge kits, fan removal and reinstallation, belt and bearing work on rooftop
exhaust fans, and rooftop grease containment. Parts are itemised on the quote.

## Commercial kitchen deep cleaning
**Quoted per kitchen after a walk-through.**
Equipment degreasing, walls, ceilings, floors and drains behind the line, priced
by the size of the kitchen and how long it has been since the last deep clean.

## Included in every price
- Cleaning of the full exhaust path to the NFPA 96 limit of 0.078 inches
- Before-and-after photographs of every cleaned surface
- A signed health and safety certificate referencing the NFPA 96 standard
- Proof of WSIB coverage and liability insurance, supplied before work begins
- A written quote returned within 24 hours

## What moves the price
Number and length of canopies; cooking type and grease loading (charbroilers,
tandoors and high-heat fryer lines load a system faster than a griddle line);
length of the duct run and whether access panels exist; roof height and how the
roof is reached; and how overdue the system is. Whitby, Brooklin, Port Perry and
Uxbridge carry no travel component.

## Not offered
Residential range hood cleaning. NFPA 96 governs commercial cooking operations and
does not apply to a domestic kitchen, so this service does not cover them. Also
not offered: building-wide HVAC and residential air duct cleaning, coil cleaning,
dryer vent cleaning, roofing repairs, gas fitting, fire suppression system
servicing, and grease interceptor pumping.
